Shipping & Delivery Policy

Adelaide Whip is a culinary supply business operated by Mahdi Enterprises (SA) Pty Ltd (ABN 48 684 213 483), Unit 8, 1603–1607 Main North Rd, Salisbury East SA 5109. This policy sets out how we deliver orders, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we deliver

We deliver to metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding South Australian suburbs, including:

  • Adelaide CBD and inner suburbs — Adelaide, North Adelaide, Prospect, Norwood
  • Northern suburbs — Salisbury, Mawson Lakes, Elizabeth, Gawler, Golden Grove
  • Eastern suburbs — Norwood, Unley, Burnside, Magill, Campbelltown
  • Western suburbs — Seaton, Semaphore, Woodville, Henley Beach, Port Adelaide
  • Southern suburbs — Glenelg, Morphett Vale, Marion, Brighton, Aldinga

If your suburb is not listed, contact us before ordering and we will confirm coverage.

Delivery cost

Delivery is priced by zone. Your zone is determined by your delivery address, and the exact fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — enter your address to see it.

Zones are based on distance from our Salisbury East warehouse. Closer suburbs sit in the lowest zone; outer-metropolitan and regional addresses cost more to service and are priced accordingly.

Delivery timeframes

  • Metropolitan Adelaide: same-day delivery on orders placed during operating hours.
  • Outer metropolitan: same-day where driver coverage allows, otherwise next business day.
  • Wholesale orders: scheduled delivery by arrangement.

Delivery times vary with your location, traffic, and current demand. An estimate is shown at checkout. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Operating hours

Open every day, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Adelaide time).

Orders placed during these hours are dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside them are processed when we next open.

How your order is delivered

  1. Place your order online and complete payment.
  2. You receive an order confirmation by email.
  3. Your order is dispatched to one of our drivers.
  4. Delivery is made to the address supplied at checkout.

Deliveries are made by our own drivers within metropolitan Adelaide. Some deliveries may be fulfilled by a third-party courier, in which case a tracking link is provided.

Age and identification requirements

Nitrous oxide products are regulated in South Australia. Adelaide Whip supplies these products for commercial and domestic culinary use only. In line with South Australian requirements, we verify that the recipient is 18 years or older and may request photo identification at the point of delivery. We may refuse or cancel a delivery where identification cannot be provided or where the order details do not match.

Failed or missed deliveries

Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes at the delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable after that time, the delivery may be recorded as failed. Re-delivery may incur a further delivery fee. Where a third-party courier is used, a tracking link is provided so you can monitor the delivery.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a delivery once a driver has been dispatched. Orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for a refund of the delivery fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Payment

All orders are paid online at checkout. We accept:

  • Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe
  • Afterpay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We do not accept cash on delivery. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
