Refund Policy
At AdelaideWhip, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent returns and refunds process. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refund requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days of delivery. Consumable or sealed items cannot be refunded or returned if opened, unless they are faulty.
Uber Package Deliveries
For orders delivered via Uber Package, the driver will wait at the delivery location for up to 5 minutes. If the customer is unavailable after this time, AdelaideWhip is not responsible for the package, failed delivery, or any resulting refund request.
A tracking link is provided for all Uber Package deliveries, allowing customers to monitor the delivery in real time every step of the way.
Return Shipping & Collection
If a customer requests a refund, whether the product is faulty or non-faulty, the customer is responsible for all return delivery and collection costs associated with the refund process.
We reserve the right to decide whether the product must be returned or collected as part of the refund process.
Where delivery or collection is arranged by AdelaideWhip, these costs will either:
- be charged separately to the customer; or
- be deducted from the final refund amount.
Delivery and collection charges related to refunds are calculated based on operational transport costs, including:
- Driver labour at a rate of $45 AUD per hour; plus
- Fuel costs incurred during transport.
Standard delivery fees charged at checkout are subsidised service rates and do not represent the full operational cost of delivery or collection services.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as AdelaideWhip is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, where applicable. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.
