The 660g cylinder — also sold as 1.1L, which is the water capacity of the same vessel — holds 660g of food-grade nitrous oxide. That is roughly 83 standard 8g cartridges from one cylinder.

It suits small cafés, dessert shops and bubble tea venues with steady but moderate daily use, and home bakers who have outgrown loose cartridges. Like all cylinders it connects through a regulator and hose rather than threading into the siphon directly.
